Patti asked: the state or area you live in? I live in Oklahoma, fried chicken, or chicken fried steak is popular with mashed potatoes, gravy, a vegetable, rolls and iced tea. Some kind of cobbler such as peach or blackberry is also popular here.

Jessica Anne asked: So, I’m dating this guy who’s originally from Bulgaria, and most everything is perfect, except he won’t let me cook for him. I think part of it is that he’s scared of most of the food I cook (”Chicken fried steak? Is that chicken or beef? How do you make it? Doesn’t simmering it make it soft, which defeats the point of frying it in the first place?”). Anyways, his birthday is coming up ahd I’d like to make him a nice birthday dinner, but I don’t know what to make him since he’s scared of my meat and potatoes american cooking! Help!

THiS GiRL HAS iT* asked: I had a dinner salad with italian dressing, french fries with ranch dressing, and chicken fried steak with country gravy on the side, with water. Sounds healthy huh? lol. We tend to splurge on weekends.
